THE SECOND INTERNATIONAL ART FESTIVAL FOR CHILDREN WITH LIMITED CAPABILITIES
«THE STEP TOWARDS!» (MARCH 20 – 24 2009)
Dear friends !
The St.Peterburg Regional public charitable Fund of support and development of music art and education is organizing the II International art festival for disabled children which will take place in St.Petersburg from 20 to 24 of March 2009.
The main purpose of the festival is to provide children with limited capabilities with the opportunity to display their abilities and creative talents, and to facilitate more complete social adaptation of these children within the modern-day society. Our celebration is for those who are deprived of ability to see, hear, move, but possess ability to feel music, to sing, to feel happiness from touching keys or strings.
At the same time there will be held the conference « Development of creative abilities as a way of socialisation of children with limited health possibilities ».
The successful realization of this project will be favourable for social adaptation of children and will strengthen contacts between our countries.
We will be very glad if our idea finds response in your heart - and hope you will understand the importance of this project.
We are ready to invite children from your school to take part in this Festival and to discuss with you any kind of cooperation on this matter.
